MX-Print

MX-Print is an easy to use pull printing application that works by storing documents on a server until they're required, rather than printing them out immediately. And that means fewer visits to the MFP, less waiting around, improved document security and reduced waste.

Documents are sent to the server queue and can be collected from any available Sharp OSA 3.5 enabled MFP on the network whenever its convenient. Simply log on to MX-Print to print (or delete) any and all documents, leave some later or file them with Document Filing.

The output quantity can also be chosen directly at the MFP control panel as well as colour or black & white, single or double sided, paper size and finishing options. And as the user will always be present at the machine when documents are printed, the risk of someone picking up the wrong document is reduced.

MX-Print will create detailed reports that can be viewed on screen or downloaded to CSV. The reports show who printed what and when which will help monitor costs and identify any under or over used machines.
