The intuitive software and touch screen solution offers a simple self-sign-in and out system for guests, making it quick and easy for visitors to report on their own when they arrive at, or leave, a building or department. At the same time, visitors can receive important information about the business and building, as well as give their consent to data protection rules and legal requirements.
Not only will your business always have an accurate and up-to-date list of who is on site, it also supports compliance with data protection and privacy regulation, including GDPR. As part of the sign-in process, visitors can be informed of the company’s data privacy policy and be asked to accept it. Once the sign-in process is complete, it will automatically output the right kind of access card required.
Businesses can choose from a range of display types from the Sharp range, opting for either 10-inch, 15-inch and even 40-inch touch panels, depending on customer requirements.
