In October, the Sharp solar project team welcomed Stefan Bauch as the new project manager and head of Sharp’s solar project business in Europe. Stefan Bauch has been involved in the renewable energy project business since he finished his civil engineering studies in 2001. He has worked in the wind and solar industry for over twenty years.
He began his career in the wind industry working on European and international on and offshore wind projects. Stefan worked as project and business development manager, responsible for construction coordination and supervision, project management, sales and acquisition, developing project pipelines as well as budget planning and management. He also has an extensive background in technical due diligence and knows how to motivate and lead teams.
Stefan has skills and experience that are critical to support the continued growth and success of Sharp’s solar project business. As head of the team, he will lead projects through every stage, from development, to implementation and through to project sales. Furthermore, he will provide guidance and support for contractual issues for Sharp’s solar projects in Europe, focusing on a constantly growing project pipeline.
Sharp is active in the project business worldwide, working alongside partners on the sustainable development of solar power plants and acquiring agricultural and other kinds of land suitable for PV plants. Next to high quality PV modules, Sharp offers unique opportunities for investors, landowners and developers for joint PV project development of various kinds and is flexible in terms of the type and scope of cooperation at every project stage.
