Sharp WorkSpaces is our subscription solution for the Windows collaboration display by Sharp, that helps you make intelligent and informed decisions on your meeting room environments. Using data collected from the IoT Sensor hub on the Windows collaboration display, Sharp WorkSpaces provides clear, visual information so you can make your room bookings more efficient, improve your meeting room utilisation and make the meeting and training rooms more comfortable and energy efficient. Anyone working or operating in Facilities Management, IT Management and Human Resources will value improved collaboration and more effective learning enabled by Sharp WorkSpaces.

By collecting and analysing real-time data from across the digital and physical worlds, Sharp WorkSpaces detects meeting room usage and can automatically align occupancy with room booking systems. In addition, it monitors ambient conditions and can be part of a wider solution when connected to smart facilities management systems.

All IoT data is encrypted and captured, securely stored and then made available on the Microsoft Azure Digital Twins platform, which is a powerful, managed cloud service that acts as a central data store and can provide additional data processing services.

*After the free 90-day trial period, there is a straightforward process using your existing Sharp WorkSpaces Tenant ID to transfer to the full subscription service. Billing takes place from the day the full subscription starts. Sharp WorkSpaces offers a convenient automatic subscription renewal upon the monthly renewal date. A reminder email notification is sent 7 days prior to the end of the monthly term. Cancellation of the renewal can take place at any time prior to the end of the monthly term.
