SimplifyPrint

SimplifyPrint is a pull printing application ideal for the small to medium business. SimplifyPrint allows users to send documents to any Sharp MFP on their network instead of being printed immediately. The user can then walk up to any available Sharp MFP, login to SimplifyPrint, retrieve the stored documents and print them at their convenience with the additional security of collecting the documents as they are printed.

Documents are only printed once users authenticate themselves, thereby reducing costs, improving employee efficiency and document security, and eliminating the inconvenience of 'print queue congestion'.
